A movement is afoot.
Micro media publishers around the globe are starting to use inklpay, a new micropayments service (based in Sydney), to request financial support from readers.
The beauty of inkl’s solution is one subscription provides access to a multiplicity of mainstream news sites (the core of inkl’s offering) and access to a growing list of micro media sites like AdPulp.
If you’ve joined inkl to gain access to our archives, I thank you! To spread the joy and your dimes around, please continue to use your inkl subscription on this site and others.

I’m genuinely excited to promote inkl’s services and the writers and publishers who are part of this movement. I believe in what we’re doing.
If I’ve learned anything in all the years I’ve been producing this site it’s that online advertising is the weakest form of advertising in existence. This is valuable knowledge for a publisher of any size to have and act upon. If ads don’t pay the bills, who or what will? Will readers like you (who’ve been spoon fed cost-free digital content for 20 years) suddenly alter your practices and start awarding content producers with equitable compensation on a per article basis?
I understand that it’s an open question and it won’t be answered this year or the next. When you’re aiming to change behavior it’s always a tall order. What I do know is paying 10 cents per AdPulp article, or 25 cents, is fair for everyone.
Are you ready to join inkl today? I do believe it’s time.
