FedEx charges a good deal of money to move precious packages around the world in very few hours. It’s a high wire act, and the holidays add considerable pressure on the company’s staff to perform.
Sadly, not every staffer is able to perform up to the company’s standards, a fact that will be made increasingly evident, thanks to the number of cell phone cameras, and home security cameras in play today.
The man who ordered the computer monitor–which arrived damaged and had to be returned–was home at the time the flippant delivery was made. He says that the FedEx employee never bothered to ring the bell.
“The situation has now been resolved to the customer’s satisfaction and we are handling the employee according to our disciplinary policies,” FedEx said in a statement.
What a jerk. He should give up his job for someone who actually cares about their job. He needs to be fired.

I can name 50 people that would take that job right now and respect it and thier customers. As probably all of us can in this economy.
This man should be fired..at least this is what I do if I was his boss.
